Store owner replied: Hi Kelly, We’re sorry to hear you're still feeling disappointed. After reviewing the photo you sent, the damage appeared consistent with tearing during unpacking. However, we still offered a free replacement to ensure your satisfaction. We sent a prepaid return label right away and set aside one of the last units of this now sold-out item just for you. As of today, we still haven’t received the returned item, which is why the replacement has not yet been shipped. Given your 1-star review and dissatisfaction, we’ve decided to issue a full refund. We truly regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, despite our best efforts, and wish you and your pup all the best.

The quality is top tier and I know it will last much longer than the cheap ones you get on Amazon. The patterns and colors are so vibrant and fun and I absolutely love it! I’ve been showing my friends since I got it. Worth the money!
